Women Basic Mittens Knitting Pattern

The pattern includes written step-by-step instructions, photos following each knitting step, and video tutorial!

All the videos show the process using circular needles. But if you are used to Double Pointed Needles you’ll be able to follow the instructions as well.

MITTENS SIZE:
The pattern includes knitting instructions for women mittens of size Small to Very large

MATERIALS:

●Yarn: 2 skeins of yarn with yardage 82-98 yards / 75-90 m per 1.8 oz / 50 gr. On average, one pair weighs about 70-90 g (depends on the mittens size).

● Needles: long circular needle in US Size 4 (3.5 mm) and US Size 6 (4 mm) 24-40’’ (60-100 cm) for Magic Loop or 1 set of DP needles in US Size 4 (3.5 mm) and 1 set of DP needles in US Size 6 (4 mm) (5 pcs. in each set).

Or other size depending on your knitting tension.

● Other materials: Stitch markers or contrasting color thread, tapestry needle, tape measure to define a size, Stitch holder or contrasting color thread.
